David is originally from New York, graduate of Long Island University, before a move to California in 2005. A car accident injury turned him onto the Cannabis Industry after prescription pills were doing more harm than good. After seeing the existing dispensaries in San Diego, he knew that there was massive potential for growth, professionalism, and product quality. He founded Sativa Caveman in 2009, which started as a local cannabis delivery and grew to service the entire state of California. David is also co-founder of CBD Life, a Hemp CBD retailer and wholesaler that focuses on high quality ingredients and CBD education.

He has given educational speeches on cannabis, product development, endocannabinoid system and related subjects at Syracuse University, High NY in New York City, and The Cons Miami.
